Seliph and Julia are the official ones. The others are the result of translating the names the way they're pronounced in Japanese (changing Sigurd to Zigludo for instance). Japanese pronounciation has trouble with sounds like "th."
It's like making a fan translation of FF7 and translating Sephiroth as Sephirosu.
