The PS4 will easily overtake PC in Japan, especially since it will get dozens of games that PC won't. Surprisingly, western games are more popular on PC than they are on console in Japan, and PC and Xbox have a tiny but dedicated niche in Japan. If MS could put some Xbox games on PC, and if Jap pubs were allowed to sell their games on Japanese Steam, I can see PC slowly becoming a relevant platform in Japan again.
