Egyptians currently are majority Islamic and speak Arabic. Ancient Egyptian language and religion got phased out when they became merged/invaded.
So if we are talking about current 2016 Egyptian Pharah, then she'd be a muslim, arabic speaker. But Overwatch is set in the future so we don't know what has happened in Egypt since.

Amelia is not Widowmaker. Widowmaker is a badass cold-blooded assassin. Amelia is some Overwatch agent's trophy wife. With Genji it makes sense because he was doing ninja stuff before Hanzo "killed" him but not for Amelia.

Eh, you could always use the "skins aren't canon" approach to explain that away. The Origins skins show what the old team used to look like, and the human Genji skins are similar. Young Hanzo is technically inaccurate because he used to wield a sword. You could have an "Amelie" Widowmaker skin without much trouble.

What are you even talking about. Even if Genji was a ninja before being killed, at this point in time he is still a cyborg. His younger self isn't suddenly transported into future to fight for Overwatch, it's still the same cyborg Genji in a "costume".
