Really anon, it's fine to not like some characters but calling them psychopaths like that is completely unnecessary.

No, it was originally for dynasty scan's translations, many of which were yuri, but moe would be a more accurate description. Later they added scanlations form other groups, many of which were exclusively yuri, so the reader had an overwhelming majority of yuri works on it. Then dynasty dropped out of scanlating themselves, and you probably know the history from there.
