Thoros was a much worse Red Priest than Melly after all and he brought back Beric several times. It's about purpose, not about the individual's power.
Jon is (probably) Azor Ahai reborn, obviously he can return. Beric also served a purpose (although his exact purpose relative to the Lord of Light is not really established). Rickon is basically an extra on the show. He has no talents, no skills, he accomplished nothing in six seasons. His only asset - his wolf - is dead.
There's no way the Lord of Light would have a purpose for what is probably the most pointless named character in the show.
