The only way they can possibly destablise Jon's position is if they;
1) defame him in some way and muscle Salsa in.
Given he literally rose from the dead and they perceive that he freed the North, they'd have to be really lucky and D&D would need to make some very contrived reasons to justify it
2) Kill him and take his place
Even if they blame the Lannisters, the Vale lords know enough about CIA to smell a rat, and thus cast a shade on anyone who steps forward
3) Deliberately get him killed on campaign
Would take half the army and Lords out with him and weaken the North's position
4) Sell out to someone else
Given how that worked out with the Boltons, they'd face open revolt
