She has to age a few years at least then for her character growth and action girling to be believable (though they may tone that part down, it was rather shit in the books anyway) but it must stay the same actress no doubt.
Emhyr ages at least 15 years between ciris conception and their final confrontation. He must be a believable husband for pavetta at first. (They may play down the part with him saving her father before HER conception, because that makes the age difference really creepy.)
