I thought the Attack on Titan scores were pretty badass, so I'm excited.
The eye looks kind of weird when I consider it in a Hollywood blockbuster context, but when I imagine this design in an anime, or even just really stylized live action, its pretty great.
If legendarygoji was the height of a bearmode tank design for godzilla, will the new one be a horrifyingly destructive, but small, powerhouse like the showa goji was?

I always liked that about the millennium series. It's like Mission impossible, let everyone have a shot (as long as tom crooze is okay with it). That way it always has a fresh look at it.

I know the millennium series had a really shitty time following the 1998 movie giving the public a bad taste, releasing a movie year by year, and releasing in December, the worst time for a kaiju movie, but what about now?

Honestly, king Ghidorah ages pretty badly compared to the rest of the Heisei film. The time travel thing really fucks up a lot of the timeline issues and the effects work is pretty shoddy, I get they needed him to be bigger but the flight scenes were below Showa tier.

Biollante was a good start.
King Ghidorah was like the quality suddenly dropped a fuck-ton. Real uneven special effects. But it was a shitload of fun, it was so stupid.
Every other Heisei movie is dull and monotonous and it feels like the same movie over and over, though I have a soft spot for SpaceGodzilla. And don't get me started on Destroyer, it's the biggest letdown of a "final" Godzilla movie if there ever was one.

Ghidorah flies pretty horribly. Especially in the f-15 scene, where this really unmoving dragon monster is supposed to outmaneuver the most advenced fighter jets on earth.
The Shinjuku set looked worse than the one in 1984. Like I said, they needed to bump him 20 meters so I get that, but it's true.

the 1984/89/91 city sets IMO where some of the best of the entire franchise, I love that the buildings still are considerably taller than Godzilla despite his increased height..
