1- Turned up with no explaination. Mind you, there are a thousand possible ways in which they could have found Gallifrey, but the way it was left unexplained and people were just expected to go along with it was lazy; also, if they managed to find it, why couldn't the Doctor do it (back when he still cared about finding Gallifrey), and if they had the means why didn't he think to ask them?
2- Did nothing the whole episode, apart from that one conversation between Ohila and the Doctor, for which a Time Lord would have sufficed.

Series 2 was GOAT. High point for nuwho, cybermen were terrifying when I was younger, the fucking devil, torchwood and clockwork men being some of the best, not to mention werewolves, zombies and faceless people. Had some of the best scares.
Doctor Who used to appeal to children and adults, that's why it gained such acclaim with tennant and eccleston. It started to fall slowly more into the childish area with smith and then became so convoluted not even kids seemed like the target audience anymore.
The show hasn't been great for a while. There have been small gold nuggets here and there but it's usually in a sea of shit .

Honestly, I loved it, as this is from someone who despises Tumblr. I literally laughed out loud. Honestly it came across more as a joke, didn't really get the 'LE PROGRESSIVE' vibe others are getting. Fuck, I even cracked up at the man joke, it honestly wasn't that bad.

The entire episode is The Doctor explaining to Clara the events that just took place in a diner TARDIS. He had is memory wiped and can't fully remember certain details and is so distracted by this memory wipe that he made a song called "Clara" so because of said distraction combined with confusion regarding his location and the wipe itself, his story isn't all there and it's got massive holes, but Clara doesn't say anything because she's just chilling with The Doctor one last time and making the best of it like we had to.

I enjoyed the episode, but that's about all I can say about it... there were some good moments but, god damn it at the end the doctor should have just taken her back to her death. I love Clara but damn that last episode was unnecessary. Obviously this is not amazing, not great its just sorta there... But I can't say its awful, cause I wasn't outright hating it and cringing. its a pretty middle of the road episode for me, gonna go with 5/10, I liked the smaller moment more than the overall plot of the episode.

It almost feels like Moffat wrote a different episode altogether, then threw half of it away to make room for more Clara.
This episode was like getting blackout on a bunch of really good beer. It tasted good going down and was enjoyable but then at the end the room started spinning and you puked all over yourself.
