I dropped the show for the better part of 2 years just because of how much of a train wreck that season was. The comic did the farm scene in like 3 issues, spanning a total of maybe 15 - 20 min of time to read, while the farm in the show dominates the second season and very little besides conversations centered around "boo hoo my daughter died," "don't kick us/them out," and "should we kill this dude or not." Oh yeah the girl died but meh, she was little more than a redshirt by that point.

How are they able to continue to use gasoline? Gas goes bad after a few months. The water content separates from the fossil fuel part. It will ruin the fuel injectors and wont even ignite. There is no way to store gas for long periods of time unless you store Crude oil for later refining.
