Actually, I think he's been expanded a lot. Images plus the Weaver story. He's got a toady personality that flows from deep, crippling insecurity probably based on both the economic inequality of his childhood and also unsupportive parents. Unless you're from outside this universe there is no genetic that can stop you. It could be harder for someone to lose fat more than others (e.g. slower metabolism) but you can't go against the most fundamental law of physics, namely the conservation of energy. I thought the same as you, then I decided to change my diet and I lost 10 kg in two years, after more than 20 years being well above overweight. After this film I received so much inspiration at doing things to improve my life, I begun swimming regularly and now I can lose up to half a kg (or even more) a week. It's not easy but, trust me, it will be satisfying.

I've never weighed over 150, usually more towards 145, but I attributed that mostly to being active and walking miles and miles every day, and also frequently forgetting to eat.

Jump rope is great: it's easy to learn but has a long way to mastering advanced jumps; it can be used for HIIT or LISS; and it burns more calories based on your bodyweight.
