Not sure how many people here have younger kids in their family, but I've took notice of the younger TF stuff for kids since my 2 year nephew has gotten into them. I got a big bag of old Playskool Go-bots for cheap to give him, and man, do they feel so much better than the modern Rescuebots stuff. Even the expensive releases for RB feel cheap and hollow. And they lack articulation, something even my nephew, whose still a toddler, notices.
hasbro should get the people who do the switch and Go Dinos to do their younger kid stuff. now those are well done toys. This one here is way too good for what's effectively a toddler's toy. The vehicle mode is surprisingly cool. Some of these would be cool to see as more regular TF designs.

Alright guys, time for some fan base modes. My TF collection is pretty much nothing at the moment but in hype for Titans Return and due to some fan bases I've seen on here, I dug up some old figures and took a swing at it myself.
First up is Armada Starscream. There wasn't much I could do with this guy but I feel like this configuration makes for a pretty decent refueling/repair bay.

I feel with most G1 styled 3rd party toys, I genuinely feel their is little point as I think Has/Tak will do their own version at some point.
I think 3rd party Animated is fine since I know they won't ever revisit those series.
The other, and imo the stronger base mode, is Cybertron Optimus. Sure he's nothing spectacular but I feel like he's more of an actual building, complete with parking bays and all. The pipes on his forearms make for some nice industrial detail too.
