This was before I had anything resembling modern internet access so I didn't find out til a year or two later that it was cancelled

It was fun as long as it lasted guys.
This is probably my cleanest cast yet, full mask wise.
Something I never noticed while handling the original part: on the back of the 'spines' there's a low-poly texture. Pretty cool.
The cast is slightly assymetrical though, the right side is a bit thicker than the left, but the resin I was using (what's little left from the first batch I bought) started solidifying REALLY quickly. I've realized that it was probably that particular resin which gave me the most trouble, it seems to be the most toxic out of any of the kinds I've used so far.

Nah, kopaka is pretty fun out of the box. the color scheme is all over the place but the figure in itself is probably the most playable of all six toa, and that comes from someone who didn't like the set in pictures.
Melum is shit though, and yeah, it should have been a four-legged creature, or just not a visual copy of any other creature.

Pohatu was always my favorite, he was the second Toa I bought during the first run, and whenever my brother and I were deciding which three colors of the various characters we'd each get I always went for his line.

So, if there was a Takanuva in Gen 2 (Yeah, I get it, Toa Ekimu and all that) obviously he'd have white armor and gold addons, but what about the base color for the bones? Blue like Ekimu? Maybe black to reference his shadow powers?
