I'm hoping we get some Beast Wars 20th anniversary figures. I'd especially be interested in some "super organic" repaints of some of the older toys with ink-washed fur and the inside-facing "shell" parts of the animal being painted to look like veins and muscle. After all, many of those figures had sculpted detail of their innards in bot mode already.
Anyone know what color gold Generations Goldfire's paint is? Mine either chipped some gold paint off of, or came (not sure which) chipped out of the box. I figure some model paint might patch it up, but I also know model paints can be tricky to color match.

Dude, the structural differences between Blades and Vortex at a glance are the front of the helicopter, the blades, and Blades having skis while Vortex's landing gear are wheels only. The feeling is that Vortex is a more "Kill you to death" kind of thing while Blades is more of a civillian aid one. Being the same parts entirely for altmode both have the same feeling.

Assuming that the others are Starscream, Thrust and Snow Cat, the blue and black one doesn't map to any UT Decepticons (Mirage and Sixshot are more purple than blue, Barricade as a limb seems silly especially since the components were not depicted as alive in Energon, far too light to be Mudflap or Menasor and altmode doesn't fit, Soundwave would be strange and altmode doesn't fit) and would be strange to not be Demolishor based on the other members.

Everything else I change up as I build my collection up, or just feel like changing stuff. These new Legends I got I think fit somewhat well in. I know it's weird having a tiny Starscream next to huge-ass Megs and Soundwave, but the figure just looks good. I'm not a scale whore anyway, especially since nothing was ever in scale.

I agree that Trypticon isn't going to be a Headmaster though. I don't get why they would make an entirely new expensive ass toy just to shove a shitty out of place gimmick into it. It wouldn't even work well because the whole point of everyone having a Headmaster is so they're interchangeable throughout the line. Obviously you can't have an interchangeable headmaster for a fucking titan class toy. Fort Max works because he's supposed to be like that and it's a double headmaster. PM Prime is a different case because it's a remold of Ultra Magnus and making it a headmaster on that mold is easier than somehow shoving a Powermaster port on the front of the cab.
