The ball ankle pegs just like to come out sometimes. When I first got the feet you wouldn't know they split, but after that first time they just aren't that sturdy. They're not bad by any means. Just gets annoying sometimes.

The joints are fine, ball joints are higher quality then you'd expect although i prefer ratchets for ankle tilt. you won't have problems with floppiness or anything, mine don't fall apart could be other anons with qc issue.

You know what really pisses me off about Transformers: Devastation? They go to all this effort to make a G1 game but then some moron decided to make Megaton's alt mode a tank instead of a G1 accurate gun. This brought the game down from a 9/10 to a 2/10

Honestly, any size changing altmode just felt stupid to me. I'd honestly prefer it if Soundwave had an altmode like the Animated version with enough space in the back to hold his minions. Look at how great RtS Preceptor turned out.

A smaller gun mode would be fine as long as they had an explanation for it. A simple "When he's in full gun mode he can reroute all excess power output to the energy blast and focus the blast better, meaning far more destructive capability" would be completely acceptable to most people and rationalize why a 30ft tall robot would shrink itself down to a handgun.

Defensor has minor hip problems at best, it might be a QC issue with you. Worst you'll usually see is the locking tab you slot the legs into doesn't lock super securely. His real problem is his chest shield, it never wants to stay tabbed in if you ever move his arms, you need to hold the shield.
