He's definitely an interesting Nendo and probably the lightest in terms of weight and feel. Just use warm water if you aim to swap out his arms and legs if they won't pop out easily.

A lot of nendos can be purchased even after they are released. But if it's something you really want, I'd try to order it a few weeks before release.
As for the price, you should check a currency converter to make sure. But I'd say it's around $35 cdn, and maybe $29 us.

It won't be much. Figmas are usually about 30 USD, and I have grown to prefer them. For a character like Saitama at least, chibi form really limits posing. If I was you I'd wait for the figma but I'm biased. Just be aware that as adorable as nendos are they're not that great for dynamic posing.
