Money orders are the oldest. You go to a post office, pay the small fee, and fill it out. They cash it at the post office. There are also bank money orders and Western Union/Moneygram/other services but post office are the easiest ones.
Mail cash. Riskiest option, because the envelope could be opened and the money stolen by a postal worker, the seller can get it and deny he got payment, and there is no way to recover a loss. Mailing it with tracking is dumb, if you can afford that, you can afford a money order instead. Mailing cash is really not advised.

Painting the silvery parts with a much shinier silver spray paint (primed first). I finished the silver paint on his saber handle and need to go over it with some colors and seal it, and I got one pass done on his mask.
