Game is basically Heroes Unlimited setting with Ninjas and Superspies thrown in for a more kung fu movie action themed take on standard TMNT comic book stuff. Heroes exist in the universe but in Camden New Jersey the worst city in the USA, there isnt much hope, just a lot of crime and toxic waste, ninjas and problems, mutant animals is an emergent social problem localized around Camden with the PCs being in a position to be the heroes Camden needs as well as the leaders in how the nation percieves and recieves this emergent race of sapient beings. Concept is a short Rogue Trader game following a distinct story arc. Don't sign up if you're after open-world gameplay; I don't intend to railroad, but I do have a rough story I want you to complete.
