What's your budget? Bogles is easier to skimp on since Horizon Canopy's are non-critical. Infect is easily the best of the three but Hierarchs and Mistys aren't cheap or non-critical. Dredge isn't a spike deck.

Modern Dredge is just a pale shadow of Legacy Dredge, which is a watered-down shitty version of Bazaar Dredge.
It's just not a powerful strategy in Modern because the cards needed to make it great aren't in the format. It's Spike as fuck in other formats, in Modern it's meme.

Bogles and Dredge both attack from such different planes that they're both meta killers, but I'd favor Bogles since it's slightly faster and rolls over and dies to fewer popular hate cards. Dredge is fucked if it ever gets popular because graveyard hate is widespread and strong and hard to play around for it. I'd still invest in Infect if you just want to win and you have the money already. Its cards are more likely to retain value as well imo. Otherwise Bogles is pretty damn cheap and the way I'd go.

Take out the Canopys and that's -$280 already. There are other corners to cut in the manabase but that's by far the most expensive part of the mainboard, and I wouldn't advise less that 3 Paths or Spiritdancers without significant testing. Sideboard, instead of copypasta tailor it to your meta. You have a lot more latitude than you think.

Yeah if you have the nuts you have the nuts. The deck is just wildly inconsistent, which is why it isn't played much.
As a former vintage dredge player, the vintage deck just isn't good enough. Beating white Eldrazi is nice, but isn't any better than pounding shops. The deck can also just lose to mentor/storm/oath before it goes off more often than you'd expect.

Get all the good white token generators from bw tokens, get paths, bolts and helixes, proper duals like sacred foundry and fetches (painlands if you cant afford them now), intangible virtue, run smaller Elspeth, cut all that limited cards - they are bad. Move tremors and assemble to sb, fill rest of it with hate cards, like w and r leylines, rip, stony silence, disenchant etc. Then playtest on xmage and trim to your liking/meta.

There are a lot of ways your list could go, do you want your deck to be some kind of red/white tokens deck? If you do and you want it to be competitive then you do not yet have the cards you need at all. Instead of listing all the cards in your deck that aren't good enough for modern, here are the ones that are (note that some of these don't go in RW tokens, are only narrowly playable):

Y-You see, I'm kinda on a super tight budget at the moment. Although I see what you're saying. The deck is supposed to be a red white token deck, which uses Purphoros and/or Impact Tremors as wincons along with the massive amount of token generation. Hence the presence of cards like Mirror Entity and Rally the Peasants for that sudden swing of death

Find a local game store and get them to teach you, I'm too much of a lazy asshole and the internet is a terrible medium for such a thing. Most of them are pretty damn friendly towards new players of all ages. You could also get Magic Online and learn with that but there are additional expenses involved and collecting digital cards is completely unsatisfying. Learning the game is a lifelong process but learning to play will take like 20 minutes tops. Also, get into Limited (drafting). It's fucking great.

Good matchups include decks like Burn, Tron, Abzan CoCo/Elves type decks, Infect and all in combo.
Affinity is pretty even and fun.
Midrange is a nightmare, specifically Jund. Blood Moon, Huntmaster, Curiosity and Spider Umbra are all viable cards to put you on more even footing. Plus the Werewolf is a blast to plat with counterspells and cantrips.

I would recommend Green Stompy, it's cheaper and less commonly played than Sisters or Mono Red burn, and has more even matchups than either of those decks. It's not particularly strong against anything but it's also hard to really hate out. The only things that will give you a lot of trouble are proper Wraths (not that wimpy red shit) and big 'walkers like Elspeth, Sun's Champion, both of which are pretty rare in Modern.

unless you are green dont expect to cast anything more than 4 mana at any point, also try to trim out the singleton creatures for a playset of pyromancer, secure the wastes, you want 4 of bolt in your deck and a cheaper anthem effect other than inspired charge
