Even after freeing himself from such bondage, the dress-wearing habit has stuck. It does not help that he has found himself in possession of expansive collection of aristocratic gowns (with frills, flowers, crinolines, high heels, and all) with powerful protective enchantments woven into their design.

I have a magical clown/thief wizard, and he pretty much takes stuff just so he can put it in a different dimension. He's actually saved the world several times from shit which could literally kill gods but he just keeps it on a shelf somewhere else.
