How viable would jump pack heavy White Scars be? Since they all get Skilled Rider, they can jump into terrain and just perch on trees for cover, and i've been kicking the idea around because I like jump infantry more than I like bikes.

Achilles from Troy (2004) reminds me of Sanguinius a lot, especially in this scene for some reason. What do you guys think.

Sicarans are pretty awful anti air. If I were you I would drop either the Lerneans or the Gal Vorbak. I think having both is too much. With those points I would buy a Deredeo or Lightning with krakens depending on if you wanna play defense or offense.
How effective are assault marines? I've been thinking about starting an EC assault army the basic idea is

The chinese BFG ship I got from Irene had no noticeable release agent on it whatsoever. Some FW kits I've gotten were so coated in it that my hands got oily as soon as I touched the bits and they required several soapy washes to even become primeable.
It really varies, but it's always a safe bet to wash them at least once, rather than noticing paint chipping off while painting.

I'd wash it just to be safe, because I have gotten resin where even after a wash primer just slid off, and you can really feel the oil on many pieces.
If it feels clean to you, you can skip the washing, but it's hardly a waste of time when you can just dump them in a bucket of soapy water then rinse them off later and let them dry.
If you are the type of person who leaves fingerprints on his cell phone screen and other things, I wouldn't trust your sense of touch to identify oily resin pieces.

Suzerains aren't really comparable to Palatines from a fluff perspective though. The former are an elite bodyguard unit, the latter is a band of swordsmen who sometimes fight together if their commanding officer gives them permission.
