It's not illegal, but men who penetrate other mens' behinds are looked down at in the whole "he fucks men because he couldn't satisfy a woman" way. Those on the receiving end (male or female) are seen as submissive and weak, but as long as you weren't either cheating on your spouse (or knowingly enabling the guy in your ass to cheat on his) nobody cares.
Infidelity within a marriage of any kind is a hangin', though. If you knew the person you're with was married and fucked them anyway you're not gonna die but expect to be a subject of public shame and ridicule.
