love it. dwarves should get artillery proficiency, mages gets scoped weapons, elves smgs, humans are rifleman. dragon's carry bandoleers loaded with blockbusters. you need alot of cover to survive any encounter.

I'd still have governments and states, just between them there are lands of wilds where due to high monster concentrations society hasn't managed to infringe on it yet.
Roving bands if orcs and gobbos raid towns and settlements for technology to steal maybe? And also hobble together new equipment from the misc junk.
