What's the best system to run a "Big Trouble in Little China" game in?

Upcoming Shadow of the Century game, fate core based, explicitly designed to replicate stuff like this, escape from LA, any big 80s action flicks. There are char sheets out there that are designed to be folded up and put into a cassette tape box like a song list, even.
I would personally use GURPS, but I'm a giant GURPSfag and I already know how I would build and run it.
Most people would probably have the best results doing this in Savage Worlds or something.
Feng Shui was explicitly made for this kind of game. I'd also consider Fate; the knife trick Burton pulls off at the end is like the definition of a stunt + a Fate point.
