You'd want much deeper and edgier designs for that.

And probably have the pattern embossed rather than debossed so it both hurts more and makes the pattern much more well-defined.

The church is actually an old snake god who slowly feeds on peoples faith, much like a regular snake slowly digests. Because the faith is being eaten by the snake instead of by god, god causes storms and other disasters which ironically cause people to more fervently pray at what they believe is a regular church.

What does this bowl do?
>>
>>46795938
To get it to hold together they have to put pins through the plaster or affix metal wire, however they don't want to damage the fossils. The real fossils are also much heavier than the plaster thus requiring even more support that can be difficult to apply. There is also the issue that the fossils are worth a hell of a lot of money and if it's accessible to the average museum goer it's possible it will get damaged by them.

>>
>>46795959
All the pieces of the bowl are indestructible, minus the gold filling. If you remove the gold filling and put the pieces back together as they were, whatever filling used to hold the pieces together will convert into gold over a weeks timespan. Using gold as filling will turn the gold into chalk and it will fall apart again.

Consider there's a huge market for trading them illegally as collector's items, and that the fossils themselves need to be cared for and researched. Some are real, though, while others are casts.

Still, museums do use replication a lot in their displays, not just for bones. If all you've got is some ceramic shards then a replica is merited to show what it would have looked like originally.

I mean, lots of museums still present authentic artifacts, but there's tons of people who would break in and steal them. Seriously, a whole lot of museums documenting the history of the gold rush have been broken into and their gold artifacts stolen, presumably to be melted down at some "cash 4 gold" service because the price of gold spiked. All that history lost to greed. It pays to keep what's really valuable locked up tight, lock away what you can't lock up in a secured storage facility, and display replicas where you can't do either.

>Veronica couldn't stop the ugly ugly frown from reaching her face, marring the perfection of dyes and blushes that Angelo had expertly crafted on her face. Across the guilded and sparkling hall a boorish and vulgar brute of a man trudged across the dance floor, forcing aside the glittering dancers and ignoring the attempts of the black clad bouncers to halt him.

>Soon the liquid flow of music petered out, replaced buy the horrid sound of a hundred mummers. Veronica shuddered, recalling the sound of the chicken shed from her gleefully forgotten youth. The clucking too ceased as the ogre stopped in-front of a flamboyantly dressed elven being, its hair flowing without wind. The adonis peered up at the unfashionable heathen, "What the He-"*SMACK*. The hall echoed with the sound as Angelo fell to the floor, mouth agape. The brute leaned forward and hauled the artist off the floor by the collar of his gown.

>"Angelo *SMACK*. Angelo *SMACK*. Angelo *SMACK* you *SMACK* worm *SMACK*." The bouncers clamored over the giant trying to stop him, as effective as ants trying to topple a mountain. "Did you really think your insult, your slight, your -disrespect- to Manuella would go unpunished? She who made you who you are now? She who gave you your talents?", each word punctuated by a slap to the face. "You were a WORM IN THE MUD until she uplifted you. And to the mud you return little worm!" a final *SMACK* sent the man to the floor.

>The towering beast turned and trudged towards the exit. All were fixated on him as he left, until Veronica let out a piercing shriek. Some looked at her with looks of disgust, but many saw her and followed the line of her sight. There, on the floor, where the god named Angelo once stood lay a dirty, repulsive -unfashionable- vagabond.
