Yes, but that is a matter of opinion.
The original animation can be fun, though Usagi has development that is backslid HARD in season 4 because Chibiusa becomes the protag that season.
The manga is more compressed and the character dev and arcs are different. As is the violence level.
Season 1 & 2 of the reboot are mostly the manga but differently stylized and with a few story tweaks and full of QUALITY animation
Season 3 of the reboot has better animation, better character models, an actual budget, and is very very gay. I mean damn this season is gay. I'll leave it to you whether that means good or bad.

- Very much so, but it depends on how well you can stomach magical girls.
- Far better, except for the last episode of the last season. More compressed, obviously, so sidecharacters and minor villains are less interesting.
- Pretty reasonable. I like the art style, but it's a VERY skub-like situation.
- Usagi ...is Usagi. She get's better, then get's worse (season 4), then better again. Manga usagi is generally *a lot* better.
- Lots and lots, given the series age, but there is obviously even more crap out there. Beautiful Destroyer Sailor Moon is a riot, but requires a pretty solid knowledge of the series.

Has anybody actually played the Sailor Moon RPG? Is it any good? My lady is suddenly interested in getting a copy. I can't imagine how Sailor moon style conflicts would translate into a traditional turn-based encounter for a party of five, considering that they usually just consist of one girl shooting her laser and everyone else doing fuck-all.

Actually, it's a very solid game. Not terribly complex or anything, but it's easy and quick to run. From the word go you can actually play a senshi, knights or villains (though villains feels decidedly odd, if I'm honest).
The book also takes a lot of fanon from that time and just runs with it. If you've been into Sailor Moon fanfic and such before or around the turn of the millenium you get a nice nostalgia trip.
It's by no means a must-have or a work of genius, but it's a robust system with a lot of love put into it.

There's this theory that her actual power is the creation of energy from nothing, since her strong suits are healing, resurrection, purification and being eternal, even though she also destroyed at least one galaxy to stop Chaos.
