Now that I think of it, spliting actions probaply will lead to a royal clusterfuck of clarifications and borderskirmishes to break as many Kingdoms up as possible.
It should be possible to put a part of your points in defense though. half rounded down or something so you don't get auto-wrecked if you fight on two fronts.
