I'd imagine it'd be something like Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory. That place is a fucking nightmare: he's got more or less an enslaved fantastical race which he exploits for meaningless and whimsical pursuits, he tricks children into his domain and most of them end up dead or horrifically disfigured, he has technology which could drastically improve the world but keeps it hidden away to make retarded shit like gobstoppers and chocolate. It's insane.
