Roll 20 and have people actually introduce themselves. Ignore anyone who just says they'd like to play. Focus on people who actually write it like a job application, without you asking for specifically that.
You will end up with people who're actually smart and 20-30. PM these people, do not reply to their threads. See if you get enough people, repeat until group is assembled.
