Actually, Eldar Distortion weapons are S:D-lite. They can never Deathblow models, and always "wound" on 3's, as they count the result as 1 less than average.

GW Models don't go up in price unless they are some extremely sought after miniatures that went OOP. These anniversary models are not that, because they are not playable and there is much higher demand for playable miniatures. Hence why so many LotR minis went up and now the same thing repeats with certain WHFB minis.
