Yes it will see Standard play just because it's going to be a good finisher in RG ramp decks.

A few cards regenerate. there are a few more cards that are indestructible now, but all things considered they're very comparable.
The biggest difference is that this is a rare and disintegrate was always printed at COMMON. Because apparently dealing damage to players is rare now.
Unless specific indestructible creatures see much play in the standard meta, Avacyn's Judgment will be played over Burn from Within.

It's gonna see standard tournament play. sell it after the next tourney is my opinion. Otherwise, if you like the colors and playstyle, just keep.

It's good and this will be probably the best time to sell it, unless it makes a huge splash in the next tournament. I'd personally hang onto it if you plan to use it, but it's all up to you.
If you DO sell, I'd avoid selling it directly to a store and do it online (ebay etc) to get more out of it.
