>All humans suddenly begin to rapidly corrode all corrosive metals that come into skin contact.
How does this change your setting? How does this change your current campaign?
It changes nothingbecause I got a new job and no longer have time to game ;_;

It changes nothingbecause corrosive metals like sodium and caesium already rapidly corrode when they come into contact with skin or water, explosively in some cases.
We wrap our hilts in leather.
>>46300066
My whole game world falls apart if the corrosion is instant, if npcs and guard against it it won't change much, things that don't need to be metal won't be, weapons will be used with protective leather gloves. Metal corrodes on impact instantly? Guess my PCs better take up flint working.
/sci/ pls raid
When I said "corrosive metals" I meant the metals that can naturally rust overtime, so nobody questioned why gold could now rust.

The druid is unaffected. The wizard and sorcerer are mostly the same. Everyone else in the party is boned.
Actually we all turn to goo because:
>bones are made of calcium
>Calcium is a metal
>metals corrode on contact with humans
>humans simultaneously turn to goo

The rust rate is comparable to holding a brand new iron nail in your hand and 20 seconds later it looks like pic.
>>46300213
But gold doesn't naturally rust over time. Why would it rust now?
OP you're being a real stupid faggot right now.
In the short term it would be bad for any spaceships with humans on board.
In the long term, humans are wiped out by every other species in the galaxy.
Well the fighter, barbarian, cleric, rogue, and NPC cleric are all fucked since they all use metal equipment. The wizard is mildly screwed since he uses a small metal shield.
>>46300299
Touching metal gets a lot more dangerous as it is bursting into flame at that rate of oxidation
>>46301092
Huh, so humans have become fae?
>>46300066
Everyone starts wearing gloves and some light cloth under their armor.
That's all.
>>46300213
>>46300446
Gold does actually corrode. The reason you don't notice is because gold oxide has all the same physical properties as elemental gold.
>>46300066
Every cyborg in Shadowrun is screwed

ONE MORE POINT FOR THE VATJOBS
>>46301598
Are you implying that people in your setting wear their armour directly on their skin?
