You're in charge of designing the board game with the thematic of 4chan.

How would you do it?

Would you make every player the Opening Poster and make a player shitpost all other OPs while maintaining a quality thread?

Would you do a meme contest? e-penis contest? Waifu threads? Board creation so you could contain cancer to certain boards and keep other boards cleaner?

How would you aproach this, /tg/?

Each player picks a board (each 4chan board gets a miniature game board). This is their home board. On their turn, they roll and move exactly that number of spaces on their non-directional board. Each of these boards has a path leading off of it on either side that will send their token to another player's board. In this way, players will all travel on the same large, disjoint game board together.
The goal? Earning generic victory points. Maybe we'll call them memes or something. Meme points will be different colors to indicate which board they were obtained from. Each board has some techniques for getting meme points. For instance, /s4s/ might have instant, rapid meme production for an early lead, but be less potent in the long run when all the foes are getting high-value memes worth many, many points. Each board also has an event deck. When you land on an appropriate space on such a board, you draw an event card. The events vary from really nice gets to board-specific ones like "half life 3 finally comes out" for /v/. Each board will also have 3 special boon cards ranked 1st, 2nd, & 3rd (depending on the # of players, 2nd and 3rd may be removed). Whoever has the most meme points from that board gets the 1st boon. 2nd gets 2nd & 3rd gets 3rd. An example boon might be: /tg/ - 1st boon - Any time you have to roll a dice, you can re-roll it ones. If a single roll contains multiple dice, you can choose which ones to reroll. /tg/ - 2nd boon - Same as first, but if the roll is multiple dice, you must re-roll them all. /tg/ - 3rd boon - You can re-roll at most 1 die per turn. There's also a home board boon given to the player who has that as their home board. Unlike the 1st, 2nd, & 3rd boons, this can never be lost.

Between collecting boons & going to various different boards to get their hot memes, you get include the board culture of many different boards while also offering a fairly diverse array of victory tactics. Also, because you only include the game boards / event decks / boons for the boards chosen by the players, each time you play might be pretty different from the previous. Even seating order will matter since the boards you can most easily get to will be the adjacent ones.

I like this idea. We could introduce shitposters and give them a .js script to infect their computer so they would stop posting shit.

As soon as you open the box, you lose the game.

Once you start playing, the game never ends.
