One of my friends who's from a wealthy family (not that it matters because now she's making a lot of money on her own) buys kickstarter boardgames with the full packages, including Kingdom Death with ALL the things, and a bunch of Cool Mini or Not games, and it's a lot of money, but only compared to other boardgame hobby stuff.
