Does it bother anyone else that it's a Vulcan mega-bolter?
I could see some inferno flamers for roasting the infantry protecting the buildings or titans you want to rock and sock with your power fist, or some kind of melta thing for extra melting while you're punching and tearing, but the mega bolter seems like an odd choice. Putting it on the fist also makes it the unwieldiest gun on the titan to aim with, which seems like a bummer for a projectile weapon with a bit of range.

I'm not complaining that it's a fist mounted, I'm complaining that of all the fist mounted weapons it's a mega-bolter.
Putting a rapid-firing anti-personnel weapon on the most cumbersome limb of the titan doesn't make much sense. I could totally see a flamer there, since the titan just points it vaguely downwards and washes away all the infantry trying to fuck his shit up with melta charges and whatever, or for when the titan pulls the face off a building and roasts everyone inside. I can see some mega-melta weapon or plasma cannon there since it makes sense on a limb that's meant to be used when the titan is closing with other titans, as an extra oomph while stepping into punching range.
But the mega bolter feels weird. A titan is not a space marine or even a dreadnought that has snappy arm movements and and wants to pivot and shift it's weight really fast, so it's not getting the full benefit of the mega-bolter for shooting rapid moving light vehicles or flyers.

imo 40k should be streamlined and the miniatures should be 10-15mm or so and mounted in groups on rectangular/square bases.

The existing warlord titan arm is 85 pounds. Looking gthe reaver titan's arm choices, ta powerfist shouldn't be too much off from the cannon arm. Maybe a bit more, like 90 or 95.
