Hello /tg/, I'd like to make a monster together with you. We will be starting with something small, nothing larger than your average human.
First of all we must figure out what kind of monster we are creating. Will it be land based? Capable of flight? A creature of the sea?

I'm thinking the original color sceme, which is basically your suggestion, could work with some minor tweaking. Since we've removed the eyes the orange and red of the skin around the beak would need to go, but it would leave the eye area really blank.
Maybe we could put something there?
Now then, have we figured out a size for the bird yet? Would it be as tall as a man or smaller? A bigger bird mean we could beef up the legs a bit more. But a smaller size would mean a more slender bird.

Also, better idea for hunting habits. Stalks prey at night and injects nigtmares, then feeds off fear. Repeats nightly until prey is consumed with fear and goes insane, then monster attacks.

Albino doesn't really work cause one of the main features in a albino are the pink eyes, and well if it doesn't have eyes we are just dealing with a very white bird.
