If the number of loose singles you own exceed the size of approximately three fatpack boxes, you have too many. Cull them. Having a large trade binder isn't cool; donate the chaff to someone or the store and only keep the good shit around.
Unsleeved cards don't do well against wood. You don't need silica unless you live in a humid place and if you decide to use them you should make sure the box is sealed so they don't need to be replaced. My cube has sat in a case with silica gel bags and they haven't "worn out" in years.
I see no point in having a large collection in loose cards. The majority of one's collection should be in a deck. I'm not impressed by people's huge binders of mostly-crap, often it tells me they don't care enough to be organized.

I use a converted briefcase to carry all my singles. My random supplies like sleeves and loose packs I put into a shoebox, decks go into another shoebox, which I pick two or three out and carry around in what is essentially a purse with a shoulder strap.
I have a hard limit on the number of singles I own to prevent myself from hoarding, which I am prone to do. The briefcase is always 100% full, if a format staple needs to go into it, it means something has to go. I never have more than around 50 cards for trade at any given time and they're all worth around $7 or more; I don't waste my time with piddly shit that even EDH players don't want.
All in all, the whole shebang can fit into a milk crate.

What's the list you're using? If they aren't playing any other delve cards, I like Hooting Mandrills as a budget replacement. Obviously not nearly as good for the fast explosive starts Zoo normally has, but still good. Otherwise just more burn probably. Or you can try shoving Collected Company in there.
Anyway it's probably going to get fucked for a little bit now that Tron players are all going to be trying out their shiny new Kozilek's Return sideboard toy before they decide whether it's actually good or not. Pretty sure Affinity and straight Burn are just faster right than Zoo right now, but its time will come around eventually.

Since Khans will rotate out in April, I was thinking about selling my Abzan deck right now to cash the fetchs and everything else while it holds value.
However I could also keep the fetchs and start building a Modern deck, but nothing too expensive either since I don't have that kind of income right now.
Since my favorite colours are Green and White and I like nature themes, I figured Zoo would go fine with me, but I don't want to build the deck either if it's not competitive enough like you guys say, because I like to go to GPs or big cash tournaments and what not.

Infect got better by a lot with the best deck in the format being its free win deck, but struggles a bit against some of the other aggro decks, yet makes up for it by beating the other combo decks. Bogles had something like an 85% game 1 win rate with Twin in, I can only imagine how much more popular it's going to be now. It does. All targetting spells check requirements upon resolution. It's just that spells that are worded like Warping Wail also check them when declaring the targets. A card like Pyroblast, however, only checks them on resolution, it still allows you target any spell or permanent when declaring that you cast it regardless of its color.

Go for it, I've been playing Storm at FNM's for a while and I've noticed almost no decks have hate for it in the sb, the worst thing I've come across is RiP and Chord for Eidion of Rhetoric.
What's the best configuration for burn going into the the new metagame: Naya or RW? I feel like with all of the aggressive decks everyone seems to think are going to be popular that I should be RW in order to have a less painful manabase and have access to maindeck lightning helixes. I've never been a huge fan of command though, so I feel like this might be personal bias getting in the way of playing the objectively best build for the meta. Also, 1x mainboard deflecting palm; super secret tech, or pure jank?

I played straight Boros burn for a long time. When I made the switch over to Naya with cats I noticed myself winning far more. Nacatl is just so explosive and it fixes the problem with running out of gas.

It's up to you I had the same exact opinion as you. I love them now even though I absolutely hate the art, I couldn't ever dream of running without them. Imagine a two Nacatl and one guide hand. It absolutely demands an answer from your opponent because with out one you can threaten lethal on turn three. It helps slow your opponents gameplan down.

Like, Its nice to know turn three is a little safer, but a single Karn activation could cause trouble, and infect will kill me turn 1 if I don't have a Tim Allen in hand. But with Twin and Prime time gone now, should I go give it another shot? or should I go looking for another store.
