Anyway LUK and INT get maxed and hopefully a WIS analogue so I can recognize my lucky breaks and then abuse them for maximum gain then try and balance the rest, spend all my skills on gambling, survival and other useful skills, then see if I have enough points for some fun traits/perks probably try and take as many disadvantages as a I can, but minimize them by choosing ones unlikely to come up.

High INT, low WIS, high CHA with social anxiety, average physicals.
Smart enough for university, can't get in due to background lacking the raw funds and too low WIS to realize it when I could have gone for scholarship. Good enough CHA to talk my way through most situations, I just can't stop the stuttering and even hand tremors.
I'd dump the CHA, swap INT/WIS and use the shit from the CHA dump to raise STR/DEX a little. Or use the points to buy off the anxiety, if that's allowed. I'd rather be an ugly motherfucker whose hands and tongue don't turn to fucking spaghetti in regular conversation than have the charisma to write good speeches I can't fucking perform.

Nepotism exists in all countries though. Even in a famously "non-corrupt" country like the Netherlands, most job applications are filled through the back door. Who you know is a lot more important than what you can do, as long as you have a diploma (and even if you don't, there are more than enough employers willing to educate you internally if you can get a foot in the door).
