As in, it takes great pains to mention that the transcendent order is bringing more order to sigil than the harmonium, weild more power by acting as mediators to the other factions than the fated or guvnors and at the same time transcendent order members are better able to ascend to a higher level of being like the godsmen want to do but without trying for it. Was kinda weird when it actually did an otherwise good job making the Bleak Cabal, Xaoisects and Mercykillers more than the general Lawful Stupid/Neutral Fishmalk/Chaotic stupid stereotypes there are of them.

Also did the cool thing of making most of the factions have either a way to "fall" if they didn't properly role play their faction or a serious drawback in return for a decent faction power.
