Statistically speaking, the average Imperial Human will obtain few augmentations and will likely die of disease, starvation, bullet, las, knife or whatever else at a very young age compared to 2k Humanity. Though this is mostly the fault of the system, as the AdMech have proven time and again that Humanity has the resources to uplift a huge portion of the population, they just don't because muh holy technology.
Still, trying to portray the Imperium is like trying to portray a thousand different factions with a similar core, each having radically different capabilities and points of view in some cases. Some higher end Garden Worlds might sport a healthy 120+ for their life expectancy, some Frontier Worlds might have something as low a 15.
