Let's look at the best case scenario.
We'll assume you saw her first and snuck up on her (hard to do with her +19 to spot and listen but we'll assume you did), lets assume you get in a good attack without her being able to dodge. We'll assume you know you way around a weapon and give you a bonus to your base attack, heck we'll even assume you're someone who's been winning fights for years and have a +2. With her +9 natural armor and that -4 for an improvised weapon, you STILL have to roll a natural 20 to even mar her perfect skin.
But we'll assume you do hit (not crit mind you, it's impossible for you to confirm a critical), and manage to hurt her, let's look at the damage you're doing. We'll be very generous and consider that nailboard to be an improvised greatclub. With your hefty two-handed swing that gives you 1d8+(STRx1.5), but how strong are you? Let's assume you're very strong, like a pro athlete, a baseball player, someone who swings thing to hit other things everyday. That means you have about 14 STR.
That means, on a natural 20 with a two-handed swing on a sneak attack with that nailboard, assuming you roll maximum damage, you will deal... 1 damage.
The very minimum max health a succubus can have is 12 HP.
After dealing that 1 damage the succubus can turn around and pick one of the dozen different ways it has to fuck your shit... or not, it could just sit there and let you and your 0.6% chance to do 1 damage wail on it all day, because if you ever actually put it in danger, it can just teleport away at will.
So no, a nail and 2x4 could not kill a succubus, anything strong enough to risk killing it would break the board before breaking the succubus.

Like artificer or with enchant weapons, paladin/cleric with holy whatchamacallit/smite, or someone with stunning blow(2x4 counts as blunt, right?)/trip/Sunder/whatever attacks or something. There are attacks you can do with a 2x4 that make target helpless, and you have some options to instakill, or greatly damage helpless opponents.
