Dwarves - potato cake with rum
Humans - anything non humanoid and sweet
High elves - nothing out of the ordinary (for them) as they eat delicacies every day of the year.
Wood elves - sweet fruit cake, venison stew and the occasional intruder in their woods.
Dark elves - jelly worms
Kobolds - meat and certain mineral salts for which they assume will turn them into dragons (they do spew acid a few days after the fact).

Every race each pretty much the same thing given the choices. All will eat red and white meat along with fish, grains, vegetables, and fruit. All balanced diets for their size and muscle/bone mass. the only outliers are elves. The elves owe their existence to their magical realm they hale from. They escaped its fall due to magics fall by making portals here. Sadly their constitutions and physical body suffer the effects magical depravation brought about. Magics efficacy during the fall was reduced to around 25%. This means their magic fueld bodies are constantly starved. This makes them weak and constantly hungry. All this adds up to an inability to eat proper food since their digestive system is not strong enoug biologically and the small amount of magic can only help with pre-digested food.
Tl;Dr: they have to spend all their lives stuck in one place shoveling shit into their mouths to survive.
The Hunt has always been an important aspect of Orc life harkening back to the days when one lived and died by their wits and by the strength of their spear arm. This practice became part of the various folk religions that came into existence has Orcs were introduced to agriculture and assimilated many culture traits from the other races.
In some cultures, it is customary to hunt the Doumar Bird, a large omnivorious flightless bird who's meat may not be to the liking of most human or elven tongues but is sought out because the bird, in spite of it's otherwise silly appearance, will fight feicerly for it's own life having been known to kill wolves when pushed.
Around the winter times when the bird has finished it's breeding season the eldest child of a family would undergo their first hunt for the bird and bring it back for a feast offering it's head and heart to the ancestors before offering the body to their fathers or mothers to be fed to the family.
In modern times the practice has been made to where families will take their children to Doumar ranches to have them stab the beast or do combat with it where it's allowed to continue the practice. However, more traditional and often wealthier families will go and hunt wild Doumar as per the old custom

The humans who live in the north (A chain of islands similar to Hawaii but at the edge of the arctic circle) mostly live on a diet of fish, dairy, fruits, roots, nuts, venison, and tree barks. Each year the various villages convene for a feast and celebration of another year past. There they will drink special winter brews, eat sweets, and goats. The celebration lasts a solid week, and on the third day a young hunter from each village sets out to kill a bear, which is considered a sacred animal. The hunters must work together to overcome the fierce beast, if they do the animal is eaten and his pelt made into garments to be worn by the hunters. If they fail, it is considered to be a bad omen for the next year. Either way the young hunters that survive are treated as heroes for being brave enough to set out against the beast.
The humans to the south (another chain of islands south of the equator but in a warm climate) normally eat fish, mutton, chicken, porridge made from grain, breads, and fruit from orchards, wine, and sea birds. They have a festival similar to the humans in the north where the villages convene, feast, and drink. Unlike the other festival though, instead of being about working together the festival is about competition. Contests are head for everything from best wine, cake, wool, swordsman, shooter, fastest rowers, runners, anything really as long as there are two people to argue about who is better. The biggest even by far is the race. Young men from each village form tag-teams that will race around the island, the winners are given a bottle of wine that was selected as best wine a century ago to share.

The dwarves have lost much of their territory, but what is left is a stretch of land near the northern humans at the edge of a continent. They eat mostly rabbit, pheasant, prairie dog, hardy vegetables, beans, yams, and dairy. The dwarves have three major holidays. The first is the birthday of the first emperor of the former dwarven empire, it is a day of feasting when livestock are killed and eaten. The second holiday celebrates the unification of the dwarven kingdoms and the founding of the empire, on this day old recipes representing the old kingdoms are made and eaten so that their legacy is not forgotten. The final holiday is mourns the destruction of the dwarves' homeland and most of their empire. Everyone fasts for 40 hours to remind them of the 40 years of war the preceded the sinking of their homeland.
The setting is far from finished so everything from here is fairly brief. There are humans in the but I haven't gotten to them yet. Gnomes and Elves are from another planet and mostly eat fish, fruit, and small birds. There are not many predictors there and everything is autotrophic to some degree and most things eat plants, so almost everything is edible.
Orcs, Dark Elves, Dark Dwarves, and Gnolls are from other planet that only has one massive continent that is fairly barren. Once a way to leave the planet was made available most of the orcs fled to the planet with humans. The dark elves imported crops and cultivated them. The dark dwarves have always survived on edible fungis and giant lungfish that they breed like cattle. The gnolls eat literally anything that is edible and also practice ritualistic cannibalism on the dead. They also "trade" territory if there is not enough to eat by attacking other tribes. The tribe that loses takes the empty territory and the tribe that wins get the better one. The tribe that wins also eats all the dead from both tribes.
