Mostly got this, but most of the family aren't really into /tg/ stuff. It's got a nice heft and rolls pretty nice, given you don't destroy the table. Also got a soldering kit and a DIY electronic dice thing with a gyroscope, so shaking it presumably seeds the random generation.
That said, I did give Machi Koro to my cousin and her wife, so looking forward to playing that. I've gathered it's pretty fun.

Wrought iron I think. It's probably pretty cheap, as it came off the Christmas market in Riga, but I still like it and some blacksmith somewhere did spend some minimum time making this. It's just the right size and weight to keep my hands busy, although I dread the day I drop it on something valuable, which will inevitably happen.

Man, solid lead is a fuck of a lot safer than popular "knowledge" leads people to think. The problem is that lead builds up in your body over long periods of exposure to breathing in lead dust, fumes from molten lead, or ingesting large quantities. You could swallow a couple of lead fishing weights with no issues. I guarantee, most of the tap water you've drunk comes from pipes with lead solder.
More related to /tg/, the fear that lead minis will make you sick, is more about lead based paint. The lead is in very small particles, and inhaling lots of it over time (like, living in a house painted with the stuff) may make you sick.
