Don't forget - you can use any miniatures from any manufacturer, regardless of their race - just make them obvious what they are.

Good to see there is a thread for this game - just learned about it last week, and it's got me interested in modeling and skirmish gaming again.
As I type a collection of halflings, gnomes, and dwarves is winging it's way to my home (along with a rulebook, which may take some more time to get here). Until then, I'll be working on scenery. Currently about 100 air-dry clay stones are drying in my living room, soon to be built into a tower of some sort.
Thanks OP for the list of 'required' scenery, I'm going to write it down so I can begin building appropriate items.
Hopefully we'll be hearing some battle reports or stories from the table soon. I miss that the current crop of gaming magazines has gotten away from doing them.

There are a few on the Lead Adventure forum if I'm not mistaken. In the meantime have a review of the game.
I recently bought a few mosaic stones on a whim from a 'dollar store'it actually was €.
Not sure yet what to do with them but they might come in handy for basing or scenery.
Anyone got higher quality scans of the core book, or one of Lich Lord?
I recently haven been looking at Wargames Foundry stuff again and thought their Norman and Medieval ranges would be perfect for Frostgrave.
