/tg/, I'm making a Lumberjack character for a D&D 5th edition game. The whole home-brew thing is kind of new to me, so I'd like some suggestions as to how I could make my character more like a Lumberjack.
Just make him a barbarian. Use a wood axe as your main weapon. Climb and craft (wood) are your skills.
Fighter with a wilderness background and focus on axe wielding

Thanks. Oh, and is it possible to add a poisoning effect that passively causes some sort of "Testosterone poisoning" in any nearby females?

Just spike CHA and explain it as he's super manly.
>>44192495
Nah. That's a 4e bardic aura.

>clean hair
>clean jeans, not thick enough to actually work in
>no scars
>clean fingernails
The fuck people think lumberjacks are?
Also, it would be a ranger. The class you are looking for is a ranger.

>Alignment: OK.
>Equipment: High heels, Suspenders, Bra.

>Also, it would be a ranger. The class you are looking for is a ranger.
Yes. If the guy who works in the woods character doesn't map to the ranger class, then your class system is fucked, quite frankly.

make him gay

Sleep all night and work all day.

>Sleep all night.
>Night lasts from 5pm to 9am.
I fucking wish, Anon.

"Heeeee's a Lumberjack and he's OK!
He sleeps all night and he works all day!"

>additional equipment: pressed wildflower collection.
Actual lumberjack/Sawyer here. Should fit as a ranger, but if you have any questions about the nuances of felling ask away. Should have repair skills as well as nature knowledge.

Do Lumberjacks also oversee the delivery of the product? I would imagine modern ones don't but were the classic ones the ones directing the logs down river?

>something about buttered scones
I had a lumberjack character once. He was a fighter wielding an axe and dressed like OPs pic. Named him Jack Lumber.

Coincidentally, our characters shared names. Kind of. My lumber jack wields a woodcutter's axe and is dressed like the pic. he is Scottish and is named "Jack Lümbeir" pronounced (loom-bear)

That's a log driver. Different.
