What color would be a planeswalker that only cares about his survival and improving himself, if it isn't too risky?
sounds black

Literally Liliana.
Anything except white really.
Aside from white, red would be the lest likely, blue and green tied for second most likely. Black would probably be first.

I agree Black followed by Blue is most likely, but I disagree with Green.
>only cares about his survival
definitely green
>and improving himself
not green so much.
Although it doesn't gel well with the common morality of the colours, I'd arge white, green or blue. Black would be the opposite since it has a large focus on high-risk high-reward and sacrificing your own health for benefits. On the other hand White is full or protective magics and also has access to a lot of creature buffs (self-improvement), green has more self-improvement and several hexproof effects that fizzle spells targeted at creatures, and blue obviously has counterspells along with opportunism in it's numerous creatures that draw cards when they deal combat damage.

Evolution, man.
I'd say green and blue. Green-blue has always been about improvements. Usually kinda strange, sometimes questionable improvements, but still improvements.
It's a difficult question because you know, there are cowardly creatures in each color...maybe it's uncolored?

Green for survival instincts and improving himself for predator/fighting instincts.
Maybe GB
White isn't 'good'. You can be selfish prick and be white or any colour.
Improving yourself isn't really colour-specific either, although I guess it seems more blue than the others.
Not taking risks kind of rules out red and black.
I'd say green.
All that I see there is survival of the fittest the planeswalker.
