Well, I play a Renegade and Heretics Mutant army that worships Slaanesh, and I made a bit of a back story for them. Of course they do all the typical Slaanesh stuff, but I made their appearance almost a mixture of Slaanesh + Nurgle themes. They have all the pinks, the purples, the furs and gems, but I dirtied everything, covering it in blood, dirt and bile. It is to represent the fact that they are complete degenerates, corrupt in body, mind, and soul.

This isn't a sex club (though sex is a part of it) it's much more like a scientific undertaking. Different humans from across the planet (as well as off-worlders) are studied and spliced and created and then inseminated into their members in an attempt to breed the most perfect human in the eyes of Slaanesh.
However, they devolve further and further and further into madness and monstrosity as the perfection eludes them, eventually giving birth to horrors and monsters that could never be considered human by any means. They bond human and xenos DNA, as well as expose it to Warp-magic and demonic possession, in various combinations, all in an attempt to create the Perfect Man.

Every member is of the upper crust elite. They meet every once in a while to organize their game where each one is assigned a target at random with a specific scenario they have to fulfill. They have to record their kills and the more brazen, fantastic, and precise the kill is the better and they watch records of their old kills for kicks and jollies.
One potent example was one of their members had to kill a family member of a high ranking eclissiarcal cleric. This resulted in the daughter being brutally raped in a room just behind where here father was giving a sermon, her throat slit and her body hung on the gold aquila all within the span of time it took for the sermon to be completed. This video is held in high regards becasue the one who did it slid back into the pews and was able to go back to the scene of the crime while still recording.
