In all seriousness though, I think this would be an interesting match up. Both are fairly balanced as far as Space Marine chapters go, though the Blood Ravens have an excessive amount of psykers. Both are tactically flexible and don't really specialize in anything. And both are main protagonists. So who would win?
Assume both chapters are at full strength. Gabriel Angelos is Chapter Master of the Blood Ravens however.

Entirely depends of if the Ultramarines get to fight a long term war. With the backings of their suedo empire of Ultramar there are few chapters that can go toe to toe with them.

If we are talking FULL strength then the Ultramarines will also have the benefits of their armory, which would hold FAR more ancient equipment since they are first founding.
More dreadnaughts, more terminators, more resources all together.
Its the Ultra's, hands down. There are few chapters that can lay claim to their accomplishments or even put up a fight against them.

This is REALLY underestimating the significance of the Ultra's battle records.
The Ultras have destroyed ork empires, have fought fully mustered craftworlds, and have stood against TWO full hive fleets. Not splinters but the FULL shit and held the line. The wars in DoW were small compared to the many utterly massive conflicts the Ultramarines have held against.
Ignoring the stupidity that the Ultras have been recently (fucking ward) their battle record is simply insane to compare to the ravens. The ravens fought the enemies that the Ultra's have fought all out wars with of MUCH more insane scales and have come out on top.

The IG already defending the planet, the other three Marines that dropped with him and the eight or so Blood Ravens that also appear must've been my imagination.
Also, the Blood Ravens also fought a daemonic invasion and WAAAGH, while also dealing with Eldar bullshit, traitorous Guardsmen and a civil war while being on the Inquisition's shitlist.
And most of what the Ultras have the Ravens can "acquire", or already have as well.

They won't go to war with one another. The Ravens have too much respect for the Ultramarines, and the Smurfs in kind recognize the Ravens feats in clearing their chapter's name.
But if it's a dick-measuring contest, the number of assets a first-founding chapter has access to will always come out on top. They can, and often will ring up successors and other first founding buddies to help them in times of difficulty. And no one is going to pass up the chance to have Marneus Calgar owe them a favor.
