What are some good non-GURPS systems for playing as vikings? Low or no magic preferred.
D&D 4e. Inherent magic item bonuses, martial classes only. Shit rocks. Have the GM sprinkle the DMG2 boons in as needed.

You've not told us anything about how lethal you want the system to be and if you want characters that are overpowered compared to normal people or not.
Do you want sessions to feel down to earth and believable, or do you want fantasy action hero vikings?

I would have recommended Drakar och Demoner: Trudvagn, since it is supposed to be translated to English at some point but I don't think that will be anytime soon.
Without specifying the actual style of play you want, it's fucking impossible to recommend a system. Literally any generic system which isn't complete shit should be able to run a no magic (pseudo)historical game about seafaring raiders.
Runequest 6. Tactical combat with interesting choices. Feels rugged and gritty but can be tweaked to different levels of lethality.

Look up rollplay saga of the icelanders on youtube for an excellent, mostly-serious playthrough.
