hey /tg/, i need to do a bit of a thought experiment to help me get ready to run a game. i need you to pick three magic cards the rules for the cards you pick must be as follows:

>CMC 3 or less
>all 3 cards must be a single color
>all 3 cards must be the same color
>all 3 cards must be from the same block, they cannot be from a block then a return to block
>nothing from alpha, beta unlimited or revised

Put these three together, and you have unlocked White as the Colour of Tyranny.

There is nothing quite as opressive as Thalia, Leonin Arbiter and Ethersworn Canonist in the same team. The other listed cards are just plain old strong beaters and the good old Arbiter + Path combo.

How would Wrath spells work in this? Would they destroy the caster? Would such spells destroy the player's allies? What about damage sweepers like Blasphemous Act? Can the player cast Auras that normally say "enchant creature" and not "enchant player" on themselves?

Except this will help you do nothing, since there are thousands upon thousands of wildly different Magic cards out there. Figuring out how to implement Sunburst in-game won't help you figure out how to implement Madness.

Wrath of god would likely destroy any none planeswalkers that are below a certain hit points. Most wrath spells haven't been brought up. A VAST majority of spells are ultimately going to need to scale with the level of the player.
